I have done calorie counting, counting down to 1800 calories. Works for a little while, but did not last. I lost weight quickly on the SlimAgain program. I look really good!! I went down from 252 to 185 pounds. I did three rounds of the program. The only challenges I had was it was hard to be around people that eat junk. My cravings for sweets did stop. I never dreamed that at 56 I could lose 65 pounds in 7 months. I have recommended it to several people.

I was always slim prior to children. My weight fluctuated a little bit. I always had to mind my weight starting in college. I never got to be really hefty. Up15 pounds from more of my ideal weight 155-160. Highest weight was 170. I did a lot of cleansing things. For five years I ate a vegetarian diet. I stayed off of all starches and only quinoa and millet and also limited meats: turkey and fish. No soy. Throughout my twenties I did binge dieting Scarsdale diet for one week lose 10 pounds and then in my thirties I became pregnant and never returned to my normal weight. I developed some hypothyroid challenges. The weight would not come off. I was up to 210 after my second child’s birth. I tried Atkins, low carb diets. They did not work.
First time I did SlimAgain for 5 weeks I lost 35 pounds. You lose weight, and if you follow the diet your appetite will diminish. The weight lose comes off from all of the areas of your body and you look healthy. My hair stopped falling out. Hair seemed to grow back healthier and thicker. I feel like my thyroid is normalized. My energy levels increased. I could not lose weight prior to this. This really tapped in to all of the fat stores and helped me lose weight all over my body. I lost 11 pounds the first weekend on it. I increased my calories to about 800-900 a day on the first and second day and continued for the rest of the diet and it still worked. I allowed myself one piece of dark chocolate in the evening for a treat. I was very strict the first three weeks. I recommend this diet to people because it really works quickly.

We were on Atkins diet and we did lose weight but my husband ended up with diabetes. We became vegetarians and it completely reversed the diabetes. We walked about 5 miles a day and we were not losing any weight. We don’t eat sweets, candy or cakes, we eat a low glycemic diet, vinegar dressings, really watching fat and our diets. All labs were normal. We only lost 10 pounds over 1 ½ years.
Jill went from 178.4 to 153. I went down 2 dress sizes. I really needed to drink more water to increase the weight loss. We had to increase our dose because it did not work on the regular dose. I liked that it was simple and I knew what to do. It works when you follow the plan and that was refreshing. When we doubled our water we started losing the weight. We cooked our food ahead of time before we went to shows and out. It was actually very easy to do. It really gets rid of your fat cells and it is permanent. The first two days I was hungry, but most of the days I found it to not be difficult at all. I recommend it to many people. I am completely happy with it. We continued to lose weight on the maintenance phase.

On SlimAgain I was 221 and went down to 181. The end results are that I lost 40 pounds. It was easy to do together with my wife. Once I saw results I felt very inspired to stick with the plan. We upped the water to 1 gallon a day. Once in a while when we saw other people eating meals I might wish to be able to eat that. It would pass quite quickly. The biggest challenge was just explaining the program to friends and families. After they saw the results, they wanted to know more about what we were doing. My energy level went way up and it stayed up. I even had tons of energy on the 2nd stage of the diet.

I have tried many diets over the years and have had some success for the short term with high protein and what is now called the South Beach diets. But I have never had such consistent and lasting weight loss as I have with the Chorionic Gonadotropin supported diet-SlimAgin- that Dr. Rick Marschall introduced me to.
In two forty day periods of dieting I lost a total of 73 lbs and have not regained the weight. Clearly the trick is the 500 calorie a day diet, but the injections make it tolerable, possible and seem to have helped in keeping the weight off. This diet has clearly worked for me. It is nice to see all the effort of a diet as a success, and this one does that. Without question it is the most effective diet program I have ever tried.

I could never loose 5-10 pounds. I have tried diet, Weight Watchers and Curves, and the South Beach Diet. On the SlimAgain program I lost 32 pounds first round and 13 for the second 21 day round. I did two rounds. The only challenge I had was I had to interrupt for period. I built up a tolerance and had to up my doses. I ate 5 times a day---ate the fruit mid morning mid afternoon instead of two meals a day. When I was hungry I played a lot of solitaire and kept my hands busy to prevent me from snacking. Every once in while I would get hungry. Seeing the weight come off every day motivates you to stay on the program. What I liked best about this program is it actually worked!! I recommend this program to others.

I had tried and tried to lose weight calories, exercised- done it all. Always thought there was something wrong in my body that would not let me lose weight.
I lost 30 pounds on the first round of SlimAgain. Gained five pounds back. Taking low dose of thyroid. Very fatigued and very tired. It is so fast, it is not for a lifetime. After that you can go back to a healthy way of living. It is not a permanent diet that you have to stay with. You can return to living a healthy life and eating what you want.
At times it was challenging for me. I just say stick with it. I had a few times that I wanted to eat but did not. Had to cook for other people that was the most stressful. Was happy that it was only for 42 days. I went down one dress size, almost to sizes.
I highly recommend SlimAgain.

I started the plan at the end of March 2008 at 140 pounds. My current weight is 125 pounds. It had been extremely difficult for me to lose weight over the last few years. Contributing factors were extremely low digestive enzymes and I believe a sluggish metabolism. I did the 3 week SlimAgain program and felt it was very successful. I did experience hunger during the program but very little cravings. After the program I still continue to have very little cravings. I felt better on the program than I have felt in years. During the course of the program my viral problems were eliminated and I did not experience the acid reflux that was a daily problem for me. After the program I have had very little viral outbreaks and very little acid reflux. My weight has fluctuated slightly, I usually end up doing a steak day every couple of weeks as my weight goes over the 2 ½ pound marker. I watch what I eat for the most part and exercise about 3 times weekly, which I have always done.
I would recommend this program to anyone who has weight issues and/or has tried dieting and exercise and Wants to make a life change. I felt I had a huge health benefit. Previous to the program I had great frustration with feeling fatigue and having a suppressed immune system as well as poor digestion. Symptoms are almost entirely gone. I am maintaining the 15 pound weight loss.

The best thing I ever did in my whole wide world. The amazing thing is that I am keeping the weight off. I am so delighted. I get on my scale every morning and I am in the zone I need to be. I can drink wine, On a series of 3 weeks I wanted to loose 20 pounds that I had gained. I lost 18 pounds. I got hungry a little. It wasn’t the type of hunger that made you want carbs or anything. The blessing of the whole thing was that you did not get really hungry. Still delighted and amazed. Down from size 6 to size 4 with that hanging on my body. The shots were the easiest thing I could have ever done. I was a fat kid. I have been dieting all my life. I did weight watchers, Atkins in 1981 lost 40-45 lbs with that and started to become anorexic. The high protein, low carb really works best for me. I have low blood sugar. Before I had given up bread and white flour products. Every now and then I eat them and I am not gaining weight. I think it really healed my Hypothalamus.

I was on the SlimAgain program and lost 20 pounds including most of my belly fat. The best part about the program is that I wasn’t hungry and felt euphoric the whole time. My diet was healthier while on the program and I stuck to the plan religiously. A George Forman grill to cook the fish and grill onions was so easy, fast and helpful. It was easy to include my husband in the diet because I just added potatoes or bread to his meal. The hardest part was eating out and making sure that no oil was used in cooking. I did miss not being able to use my lotions and face creams. My skin felt dry and uncomfortable, but a little discomfort was worth it!
During the maintenance phase I gained 3-4 pounds while visiting friends, but I found that all I had to do was cut back, eat apples, and be right back where I left off. I do weigh every day and eat accordingly for that day. Buying Kevin Trudeau’s book, The Weight Loss Cure, was also helpful in reading other’s testimonies. I would recommend this program to anyone who is serious about losing weight. It is the only plan I have ever implemented that worked, and it was exciting to see that half pound to a pound drop most every day.

I lost 30 pounds by not eating bread and butter for 1 full year. I weighed 240 pounds. I went on the SlimAgain program for 31 days. It worked fine. I was 188 and went out at 165. I lost 23 pounds. I have gained about 3-5 pounds. Want to lose another 10 pounds. Once I made my mind up I did it. The challenge was not to eat. I was happy with what I lost so quickly. It actually helped that I saw the weight coming off right away. One of the great things for me was that I had my energy throughout it. I lost almost 1 lb a day.

I have tried everything. The egg and grapefruit diet, Slimfast, Atkins, ate nothing but popcorn for three days, etc. I have been struggling for 30 years. I went to a lecture at Marlene’s health food store in Federal Way, Washington. I was going to leave but I heard Dr. Marschall start speaking and half way through it my gut said it was right and I knew it was the right thing to do for me. I started out at 215 and the last day on the SlimAgain program I was 179. I did the 40 day program. No challenge while on stage one. I am on stage two and have some challenges from candida. The best part was waking up every day losing a pound. I did not cheat at all. I even started off wrong and it still worked. I felt it was easy to do. I was able to resist all food temptations. I got hungry only a couple of times and ate an extra apple and some extra fish and that was okay. I recommend this to a lot of people.

I am 50 years young. I have been on some sort of diet since I was a teenager and have tried just about every diet, even Weight Watchers, HMR, and South Beach. I did lose weight on these diets, but the weight has always come back.

Six months later and I am 115 lbs. I weigh myself every other day and have stayed between 114 and 117. THIS IS THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE FOR MYSELF, AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DIET, whether you need to lose 10 lb or 100 lbs!
It is very important to educate yourself before you start so you completely understand how important it is to eat healthy and take care of your body. You will not look at food in the same way you did before you started. It is a lifestyle change that is TOTALLY AWESOME! I have sent many people to Dr. Marschall and they say it’s the BEST THING THEY HAVE EVER DONE!!!
